Headspace: COVID-19 Response
When COVID-19 hit America, we dove right into making free Headspace content for people across our country — and across the globe. How could we help? We made select meditation content that was available to everyone and got to work on producing meaningful meditations and videos to bring us all together in our time of need, to help — even just a little bit. Meditations focused on topics ranging from joblessness and managing anxiety to stress and handling rogue waves.
